Ground floor unit/beach front only

Hi all. My family and I are planning a week long vacation the weekend of May 30th. We are wanting a ground floor unit, beach front, %26amp; a pool....3 must-haves. Also, 3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, or even a 4 bedroom, if the price is right. We%26#39;d love to stay under $2300.00. We have found a unit at Summer Place that we like but just wanting to see if there are more that are comparable--especially if it%26#39;s a 4 bedroom. Thank you!

Hello, I%26#39;ve been searching around for you and found that ResortQuest do have a 3 bedroom 3 Bath condo (sleeps 8) at the Sunrise Beach Resort. Its directly on the beach with full gulf front views, has 2 gulf front pools as well as a splash area for the kids. The sticking block appears to be the ground floor unit. Many of the properties in Panama City are elevated and Sunrise Beach is one of these. The fist 4 decks are parking. They do have a unit available on the 5th floor thats the same level as the check in office, fitness room and pool so it might work for you.

The rate that I was quoted for may 30 for 3 nights was $1329.87 and $1730.79 for 4 nights including all taxes and fees.

It seems to me that Calypso had ground floor units and some were 3-bedroom. We stayed there a couple years ago and it was lovely. The pools are very nice and the beach is gorgeous.
