cash or card?

what do people do, how much cash do people take or is it all on credit cards

just want to get an idea really

thanks

cash or card?

Use a credit card for as much as you can - this will give you the best rate (market fluctuations aside). You%26#39;ll need cash for odd things like snacks and bus fares and so on (or Tolls if driving).

But pay it off in full on the due date.

cash or card?

I would either use your debit card or your credit card. Have some cash available but not a lot. T here are ATM machines all over Orlando and Disney if you need to get more cash.

Either is fine in Orlando. There are plenty of ATMs everywhere and everyone takes credit cards. If you are coming from out of country and have to exchange money I%26#39;d check with your credit card company first though to make sure they don%26#39;t charge a percentage to make overseas purchases or cash advances.

Don`t forget to tell your bank where and when you are going so that they do not put a stop on the card due to unusual transactions on the account.

TCs and cash then you never spend more than you can afford ,or you could youse the top up cards . keep your CC in your pocket for emergencys and if you are using it look for the hidden percentage for use abroad .

Nationwide credit card - best for foreign travel as doesn%26#39;t charge any commission (typically 1 to 1.5% on other cards) and you get the real exchange rate (near as anyway). Travellers cheques and cash will always give you a worse exchange rate at any given point in time, the only way you win out is if you can buy in advance and then the exchange rate drops (so down to luck). Now if you tend to go a bit overboard when handling the plastic, disregard all of the above!

We will agree to disagree lol i have TCs that i got at $2.05 to the pound in may on our last trip so its worked for me as we ordered more than we needed .
