Refined Lounges / Bars for late-40-Somethings?

My husband and I are so very ready to head south for a span of sunshine and warmth, but haven%26#39;t been to Orlando in 10 years or so. We love to visit restaurants and bars while traveling, but aren%26#39;t interested in the wild, young nightclub scene (though don%26#39;t mind getting wild in our appropriate age bracket scene) :)

We hear there%26#39;s a Timpano in Orlando -- we%26#39;ve been to Timpano-Fort Lauderdale and enjoyed it very much.

If anyone has suggestions, we%26#39;d really appreciate your posting them up for us.
