Escapes! Tropical Breeze Club

Has anyone stayed here? What restaurants are nearby?

Also where is a good place to rent a pontoon boat for the day?

Haven%26#39;t stayed there, but see it all the time. It%26#39;s a time share - not that it matters. The grounds are simple. Access to the beach is by a stairway. It is next to a public access walkway. Property next door is vacant except for a small gazebo that is rented periodically for events. For the price, I would look at other options as well. It is a low density property. So you won%26#39;t be sharing with too many people. Lots of restaurants nearby at Pier Park. Thomas Donuts and Mike%26#39;s Diner just down the road and good for breakfast/lunch. Pasta Grill, Boar%26#39;s Head, some fast food - lots of options. Pontoon boat? Best to rent off Thomas Drive near the Treasure Ship. That gives best access to Shell Island. Get coupons at visitor%26#39;s center at 79 and PCB Parkway. If you are prior military, you can get on Navy Base and rent boat there. Books up in summer though because prices so good. Hope this helps!

When are you going there? We will be going in October and would be interested in your experience.

We will be there early November. Any updates on near by restaurants? How about suggestions on sight seeing and beaches or parks?

We traded our timeshare for this place and loved it! The resort is right on the beach. It is a five story building with 40 units. There are one and two bedrooms and each has a good size balcony facing the ocean. Our one bedroom was very spacious and bright. Parking was very close and some spaces were right under the building so they are sheltered. It%26#39;s a lot easier to get in and out comparing to those high rises with hundreds of units. The pool was small but heated and there was also a whirl pool. All the grounds were kept very clean and the staffs were very friendly.

I agree with the other poster who mentioned that there are better options for the price. The units are small and for the price you can get a much bigger condo with better amenities.
