Park opening times - evenings in March

What times are the parks open during the last two weeks of March? I can%26#39;t find whether this is peak or off peak season.

If it%26#39;s off peak I%26#39;m thinking most of them close around 6pm. Does this mean they are completely shut or does this mean the rides only are shut. In other words, do the restaurants stay open so that we can return for dinner or do we need to make other dining plans for the evenings?

The link was too long for the Universal page, so basically the two Universal parks will be open until 7:00 PM most nights with a couple of 8:00 PM closings on Saturdays.
