stayed at pierhouse- great place- ask for upgrades or certain romms [no problem] hot tub open 24 hours]

bought beer, wine ,soda at cvs[great prices] drank alot of free ones in the room and poured in solo cups for the walk.[cannot stress how much we saved shopping at c.v.s]

eats- two friends patio for breakfast

blue heaven for dinner

el siboney for lunch {#1 pork special with rice and beans and plantains.

kellys everyday 4pm happy hour ,great prices- 2.oo ipa%26#39;s,4.00 wings[sweet chile were my favorite and 3.00 16oz margaritas

iguana cafe had great burgers and an awsesome appetizer- pork shanks on skewer with carolina dipping sauce.

also ate at harpoon harrys -daily lunch specials 7.95 choices included meatloaf, chicken pot pie, grilled pork chops

best lunch we had also was at dante%26#39;s - great wings and lobster po-boys

old school board shop had some great t-shirts and hats for around 14.00 -cool designs

bars we enjoyed schooners warf, island dogs, rum barrel on the roof, smallest bar,iguana cafe, green parrot - good bands

rent a bike and cruise the side streets thats how we found some of our hidden treats

We were also amazed at the prices at CVS - especially the wine prices (decent selection too). Glad you mentioned this, as I forgot to add it to our trip report!
