Disney questions
Well, sadly, you may have waited too late to get the really good places for dining in the DDP plan as most folks get ressies 90 days ahead for the best places.
Take a look at the menus on this page and see if any of these places tempt you:

Did you book directly through Disney or with a travel agent?
Pop Century is a value resort and the rooms are basic and kinda small, but it%26#39;s still a nice place. The food court is very busy during peak eating hours, so give yourself plenty of time. Stroll along the lake and read the ';history'; walk signs.
Disney questions
Thank You for the information. Unfortunately we just booked or reservations for Disney a couple weeks ago so that is why it is so close to the time we are going. That is a really good site that you gave meto go on and look at the menu;s. It was very helpful.
We booked directly through Disney. Do you know when we will receive our Disney Package with all out info and vouchers from them?
Packets arrive about two weeks prior to departure. Call disney dining right away, and try to secure some dining reservations. Be flexible on your days and times and they will do their best, for you!
what are ages of people going to disney.
Kids? if so how young.
hard to get ressies but try LeCellier in Epcot
Boma for breakfast in AK
and do a character breakfast

I think if you are open you may still get some good restaurants. Make a list of the places that interest you and call. They are very helpful when you call. You might have to eat a early dinner to get the restaurant you want or even a late diner (depending on the kids ages if any).
Some of the resort restaurants might have more openings then the park restaurants.
Enjoy planning.
HI, I too will travel in March. I am 31 days out, I rec%26#39;d my vouchers and luggage tags yesterday (Tues) I also did the dining plan. I would suggest you try Coral Reef in Epcot, if you have kids with you maybe Chef Mickey%26#39;s at the Contemporary Resort. Also, HS has the 50%26#39;s prime time cafe, Sci Fi dine in and Brown Derby. There are menus posted on allears that you can take a look at. I did that and it helped me to decided where I wanted to eat.
We are also going in March, Mid March.
You can still get good reservations.
We had no problem getting into BOMA at AKL, which is absolutely wonderful for any age.
Le Cellier at Epcot we could only get a late lunch. From what I have heard, that is THE restaurant to eat at. Great Steaks.
Tutuitalia (sp?) at epcot, we ate there last year and really enjoyed it. A bit upscale, great Italian food, but I wouldn%26#39;t go there if I weren%26#39;t on the dining plan - too expensive for me.
Chef Mickey is great great fun, but don%26#39;t waste a TS on it, save your TS for something more expensive.
The Disney Dining operator told me to call back close to when we are going to Disney, that most of the cancellations happen then. But do make reservations, you can always cancel.
I just read that 45 days before travel might be a good time to tall due to the fact that people changes plans or can麓t go or pay 45 days before.
I dont know how many days before travel You are, but I would book some restaurants pronto and then change them.
