Pink Shell -- 3 separate buildings?

Hi all--

Been a while since my wife and I stayed at the Pink Shell (16 years, to be exact). Question: are there 3 separate buildings to the complex? If so, what is the middle, high-rise-looking building called?

Are there 2 BR accommodations in that building?

We ar at the Pink Shell right now. Very happy!

I think it has 5 buildings.

The newest is ';Captiva'; with all one bedrooms.

We are in ';Beach Villas'; in a small 2 bedroom 2 bath. It is fine and we have 4 kids.

';Vacation Villas'; at the other end has 2 bedrooms, as does ';White Sands'; which is the main middle building with the lobby etc.

We have not been here for years either. You wont believe how it has built up.

The beach is PERFECT.

Service very nice so far.

They do use AAA and AARP discounts, but the best is their ';past guest'; discount you should ask about.

In the past 16 years almost nothing remains the same at the Pink Shell. All is rebuilt and all of old is gone. Yes, multiple buildings exist and their website shows most of the details. As per the previouis posting Capitva Villas are the newest and White Sands Villas the 2nd newest. The middle high rise I believe is White Sands with the most extensive pool, etc.
