Another Illuminations ?

Help me out guys-if Epcot World Showcase closes at 9pm the night we%26#39;re there, how can the Illuminations show be at 9? Especially if you are having dinner or enjoying coffee from one of the carts in the park?

You can enjoy your coffee or finish your meal at the restaurants, they don%26#39;t rush everyone out. Illuminations is how they end the day and then everyone walks out of the Park but if you are in the middle of Dinner, no problem, continue

We were at LeCellier one night and finished up about 10pm, it was lovely to walk thru at that time, felt like we were the only ones in the Park :)

I always recomend taking your time to lesve anyway way, it can get very crowded trying to exit with the other million people all at once ( OK, maybe not a million but you get the idea )

Agree; if you aren%26#39;t in a %26#39;hurry%26#39; to leave, hanging around the park is a great idea, just taking a leasure stroll. Shops stay open until most of the customers are gone.

Thanks everyone! We definatly will take our time leaving, not in any hurry to get back to the hotel to sleep as we are night owls anyways! I can%26#39;t wait, come on Jan. 27.....

I actually made our reservations for Tappen Edo for 7:00 so we are done with dinner and will stay for Illuminations. Otherwise if we ate earlier we might not hang around for it. We have seen it all but the youngest, and it is not like he is asking about it yet.

Just remember they moved Fridays illuminations to 8:00, not 9:00.

I agree, the park is wonderful at night after the majority of the people have left. If you are into photography you can get some of the best night shots if you hang back and leave after everyone else.
