bella piazza is a complex of approx 180 condos. if you google it ,you will find several sites of estate agents who are selling the apartments and they show floor plans ,etc. at the moment about 70% are sold, and it is not just holiday lets, but residential as well. it has been built for two years at the most and the complex is outstanding, built to a high standard and everything feels brand new. there is a fully equippped gym and an office with free internet. as a couple, we booked a 2 bedroom as that is the smallest, but we were given a 3 bedroom penthouse with pool view. it was massive, it took us ten minutes to open all the doors and explore the rooms! all bedrooms are en-suite, there is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.our bedroom had a walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom with shower, big bath and twin sinks. the apartment was light and airy and we absolutely loved it.

there is a small shopping centre very close by, with a supermarket, bars and a restaurant. it is situated on 27 and about 8 miles to disney and a car is essential as it is quite a way out.

we were there in low season and the complex was very quiet even though it was thanksgiving week, but that suited us just fine. we had the pool and hot-tub all to ourselves and only saw one other couple at the pool all week. this might be too quiet for some people, but it might be different at busier times of the year. we had a fantastic week there, and would not hesitate to return. we booked through florida options in the the uk, who are agents for contempo, the letting agents who have an office close to the complex and the service of both was excellent. if you need any other info, let me know. marks out of five? its a six.

Is the condo sound proof and is the pool

hi Joe.....the complex is built to a high standard so would expect the sound proofing to be good. we stayed on the top floor and had no-one next door so we had no problems. there is a sign at the pool giving the close time, which i think was dusk but i doubt that this is enforced strictly. hope you have a good stay and if i can help with anything else, let me know........bill.
