Show times at Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure

Hi we went to Universal Studios about 14 years ago and remembered that we stayed to about 10pm seeing night time attractions included in the ticket price.

On looking at the calendar provided on Universal%26#39;s website for next May we were surprised to see that closing times are mainly 7pm.

Are the live shows that are included in the ticket price (Beetlejuice, Blues Bros etc) performed at night? Is it just the rides that close at 7pm?

We are trying to plan our days and nights so any help would be much appreciated!
