Hotels will always(?) take care of your luggage for you. Also - don%26#39;t be afraid to ask for a late checkout - the worst they can do is refuse.
And, if you are flying with Virgin and are planning on your last day in Disney, you can check in and leave your baggage at DownTown Disney.
