AKA The worst hotel ever!
* Service is terrible you will get no respect from anyone there and they don%26#39;t know how to solve any of the many problems they cause.
* They overbook and will not help you even though by law in florida it is a $500 dollar fine per person that the hotel overbooks
*the manager Jennifer is incompetent and obnoxiously rude!!!
*Everyone there is dishonest and they tried to charge me twice for one room and failed to inform me that the room that they finally gave me at 1am had no A/C.
*There are no spa services, restaurant or Bar so don%26#39;t let their false advertising fool you.
* There is however parking if you pay another 25 dollars a day.
*If someone is willing to pay more for your room they will find a way to evict you.
*location is terrible, quote from miami police officer ';don%26#39;t turn the wrong way here cause there is a good chance you will get mugged.';
The place however has a beautiful design if all the trouble is worth it to you the stay somewhere beautiful then give it a try but there are plenty of places in south beach that are equally beautiful with great service so choose wisely.
