Parking Near the Westin Colonnade in Coral Gables

Does anyone have advice about safe, yet (relatively) inexpensive parking near the Westin off Miracle Mile in Coral Gables? We got a great deal on the hotel via hotwire but the parking situation sounds awful. When I called the hotel, I was informed that the garages they use don%26#39;t offer in-and-out privileges. Ouch!

There are several municipal lots in near the Westin Colonnade. The main entrance to the hotel is on Aragon, one block north of Miracle Mile (the main street). Also on Aragon within a block or two of the hotel are 2 garages. One is across from Books %26amp; Books and the other is at the east end of Aragon on a triangle shaped parcel. They are $12 for 24 hours. Just a $1 or $2 for a couple of hours. No in and out. No charge on Sunday.

Are the garages attended 24 hours a day?

Not sure - but on Sunday when there is no attendant, they leave the gate up. I assume they do the same late at night.
