Mainsail vs. Beach House with kids

I%26#39;m trying to find a place in the Miramar Beach area that won%26#39;t be too crowded in July. Does anyone have experience with either of these condos? Any other recommendations? We need a 2 bdrm and a kiddie pool, and would like to be beach front. Any suggestions/experiences appreciated. Thanks!

Don%26#39;t come to Destin in July if you are trying to stay away from crowds...... Otherwise, The new pool area at Mainsail is really neat! The property is beach front, but the buildings are turned perpendicular to the beach. Buildings 1 and 3 are the closest to the water and the lower the unit number, the closer to the beach....

Can%26#39;t help much with Beach House other than it is beachfront.

Don%26#39;t know if you%26#39;re still following up on your post, but I have to give a big thumbs up to the Beach House! (Or at least to the owner we rented from!) Our unit and view were amazing! We had 2-bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa -- very tasteful and updated decor, and everything we could possibly need right there. We were on the 3rd floor, right atop the dunes! The pool is great as well, and has a marvelous ocean view! There is a kiddie pool though it%26#39;s not very big. The pool was never crowded while we were there. As a matter of fact, we pretty much owned the pool for a week straight! :) We were so impressed with the overall experience that we%26#39;ve booked the same unit again for %26#39;09. We can%26#39;t wait!! :) If you%26#39;d like further info on the unit # and such, feel free to let me know! :)
