17 yr old in florida

were going orlando 16th this month 6 of us, 5 of us as a family other one is daughters boyfriend,i wondered if at 17 yrs and not classed as adult in usa is it okay for him to enter usa? perhaps im worrying about nothing but as time gets closer got this niggling doubt in my head.can anyone help ?

Has he filled out his ESTA? If not have him do it asap. In fact, have you done yours?





You will need a letter from his parents, stating their permission to take him there, along with copies of their IDs (passports or photo IDs) as he is under 18. Notarised would be best.

no prob Wales! Chances are they won%26#39;t ask, esp if he fills out his own white customs form and goes thru in his own (he should fill out his own white form as he has a differnt last name from you). With the letter though, he can go thru with you as an accompanied minor and I would suggest doing this.





I%26#39;m taking a spare 18 yr old with me this June, and will bring a letter from his parents even though he is over 18.
