So it was time for my day alone with my two daughters
3 year C and T which was nearly 6 year at the 18 th December.
We started the day with taking the bus to Magic Kingdom and went strait to the Crystal Palace where we had breakfast reservation , with piglet, Pooh, eyeore and Trigger, which was great and T even got a cake with a light on.
The buffet was actually pretty good there, but when You are alone with two girls I find it a bit difficult to see every thing they had there. So I started to wish that My husbond Grumpy J and JM also had been there.
After that we got to ride Peter Pan flight no waiting time at all , the ride was great and better then the DisneylandParis was. Next we did the Its a small world wich I think the Disneylandparis do better. After that we went to Toontown to see Thinkerbell which we actually didn麓t get to see it was over 90 minutes waiting time to see the fairys.
Yak, this was the second time we had tried to see them and I was getting a bit depressed about that, because I thought they might have a show or something with the fairys. I thought wrong. But we went to Mickeys house and to Minnies house and the C and The T liked it very much. They went to the playground when I was sitting outside looking at them playing. T took her autograph book and got some new ones in there which was Max and someone else.
Then we went to our appointment at the castle for the Bibbi booppi di doue, So far so good.
It was a nice day with blue sky and hot.
WE went in there and the girls went to pick shoes, tiara, dresses T wanted to be Sleeping bueaty and C wanted to be Cinderella nothing new in this garden, They already had this dresses at home, but who cares so long they are happy.
They got there dresses and shoes on and then they where put in theire chairs a bit far from each other but it didn麓t matter.
And how nice they where sitting when they got there nailpolish and makeover I didn麓t belive my eyes. Even my little C was sitting so still and picked out her coulour by herself.
That was for me as a mum Fantastic to see.
I had my own camera with me and was taking some photos at the same time there was a lot of photografer there which took a lot of photos of the girls, which I thought we would get when we paid, SO wrong.
Well finished and T and C looked beatuiful C looked at T and wanted to be like T, and started to cry, very loudly, and I was standing to pay and what happend . They wouldn麓t accept my card, and the said it was someting wrong and that I should call my bank.
Let me remind You about that this was our 4 day on a holiday for 17 days, and I didn麓t understand it because when we bought our tickets to come in to DW park I had used the card with no problems. So then they asked if I had some other cards or payment with me, Sure I had that, but It wasn麓t so good for my bank at home to use, and when they said I should call my bank I didn麓t want to use the cash I had ( If it should turn out to be a problem) So I used my other card when C still was screaming Yeak That girl can scream , very loudly I tell You.
418 dollars total for two girls makeover with dresses and shoes and now to the photos
I had paid for them to they told me, Do You know where to go and pick them up ? No, I don麓t
Ok , go back to the main Gate there the is this photostore and there You CAN PICK T麓HEM UP
Ok , that wasn麓t a big deal I was thinking.
HOW wrong can I get things sometimes.
So we went outside the castle and got some more photos of the girl and went quietly down to The Photos store and outside we found Pinoquio and got a photo with the girl and him. And Yes C had stopped crying now.
Went in to the store and asked where I could pick up the photos from the castle , Ok the lady answered in that que ok, I said when It sanked inside me, it was pretty hot in the store too. I was standing in that que for a half hours and when it was our turn C wanted to take of the dress , PRONTO
I had to ask the man there to just give me the photos when he started to nagging about that I should pick out the best photos ????? In the mean time My C was turning crazy and was trowing and screaming she wouldn麓t have the dress on , so I had to take it of in the store and put on the normal dress she had on. Finally finishing that, I was very hot and imberassed about the Girl. So talking to the man at the front again, I said I wouldn麓t picking out some photos I wanted them to give me what I already had paid for and just pass them over to me.
Sorry Mam , Then You are standing in the wrong que, It showed out that they had theire own que for Bippid doppid dou customer, Ok, I was ready to leave the store then. Over to another que where I actually was standing in the wrong end, and the man there said, but I think You should take some new photos of the girls with our photographer over there, I was so tired at that moment and was gasping for some air.
But the man said it only taking a five minutes so If You do that I can do this customer and then You come back and get Your photos. I finally just went our there, and only T was still in her dress and was taking some photos. So I went back to the BBBplace Que where a couple was standing and was looking at their photos from the park. Now, at this time I lost totally control over every thing, the girls where every where and a Castmember was entering me and asking about My C because she had taken her shoes of.
I didn麓t NEEEED That.
I was asking the lady who was serving the guest who looked at 200 photos if they didn麓t stay in the wrong place, she said Yes they do, It will only take 15 more minutes.
Then I lost It and I just put the photocards on the desk and said what I meant at that time, and also today I mean this.
';I have been pushed around in this shop now for 1,5 hours, and the only thing I wanted was to pick up the photos that I already has been paid for at the BBB and I still don麓t see any photos, and I think this is the worst kind of customer service I ever have gotten.'; Then I just put the photocards at the desk and went outside. I just grabbed my girls and I was nearly crying when I just went out of the Magic Kingdom Park and went straith back to my Hotel , and was happy that wasn麓t a Disney owned hotel.
I totally lost the Magic of Disney this Day.
After the busride back to the hotel I had get some air back and a better body temperature and my mind back, we went to the consieuer at the WDDolphin hotel
and asked if she could call someone at the photostore and ask If they just could send me the photos to the hotel. She Managed to do that. Of course they remember me I also talked to the manager there myself over the phone. So we got some photos the next day, but only of T and only the photocard from the castle of my C. So I still haven麓t seen them, even if I have paid for them.
So gone was our afternoon tea at GrandFloridan which I had thought I was going to bring the girls after some more rides in the park. And a bitter taste in my mounth about the hole excperiance.
We went upstairs to our hotel room and J Grumpy was there with JM and they had just come back from Epcot.
We relaxed a bit then we went on the boardwalk which
we was walking to. We went into the Spoodles
What I great place, and what a great food that was.
And dessert we also got. And the girls got glowing tinkerbells on there cups so the day ended good.

I learned about the BBB when I saw a girl who just finished up at the downtown disney location say ';Can we go to the waterpark now?';

Yes , I was thinking the same thing as You when It was so hot. And had I thought a bit more about it I should have brought them the dresses from home.
We didn麓t loose any of our luggage on the plane trip and we had to buy another one at macy麓s and all the luggage followed us all the way home too. So that was very good. So more wiser today then before.
T actually had her hair for several days and had hoped that It should stay in her hair to her birthday at the 30 th dec. We took it out some days before.

I have to forget about it. I was looking for the christmas stores for You and I didn麓t see any of them, but I only was in safety area They have one at universal and Disneyworld and of course DowntownDisney, but I know that You wanted some where else outside the parks, so maybe someone else could help You Out here.

I hope so to, You will see it slightly coming back, but customer service was pretty bad some places, and as a person who is used to have the responsiblity to others in the daily, I was a bit choked. It had been good if there
1) had been some sort of sign in the shop
2) That the first person I asked when You turn into the store had knew somethings about her job and had answered me properly
