Ocean Sands Resort And Spa, Pompano Beach ,Florida

My wife and I been travelling 3 times a year for the last 23 years and our recent stay at The Ocean Sands was the worst.

We are beach people . All we asked for was some sunshine and a beach chair on the beach. For 3 days we had to complain about lack of chairs on the beach . They only had approximately 25 chairs . Isn%26#39;t it funny there was a vendor renting chairs right next tho the walkway next to the entrance to the beach.Why pay a resort fee.

The administrative staff did not respond very well to my complaint. the simplest thing they could have done was offer to pay for chair rentals. They had 2 swimming pools with 12 beach chairs.

I told them I would be posting on the travel sites and they looked at me like I had 2 heads.

I would like to hear from others to dispute the beach issues.

Not a resort for children. Dangerous undertow and no lifeguards around. Nothing for kids to do at the resort. Better have a car.
